Welcome to DevLogg ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DevLogg platform at devlogg.co and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
DevLogg uses GitHub OAuth for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access certain GitHub data as described in our Privacy Policy. We request read-only access and never write to or modify your repositories.
DevLogg is a developer portfolio platform that aggregates your public coding activity from platforms like GitHub, LeetCode, Stack Overflow, and Dev.to into a unified, shareable profile.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase. We offer monthly and annual billing cycles. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial purchase. Contact us at support@devlogg.co for assistance.

You retain all rights to the data and content you provide to DevLogg, including your portfolio information, bio, and connected platform data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
The DevLogg name, logo, website design, code, and all related intellectual property are owned by DevLogg. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive to accurately display your coding activity and platform data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented on your portfolio. Data is sourced from third-party platforms and may be subject to their availability and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevLogg and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevLogg operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the version number and effective date at the top of this page, and by displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
